Dr. Juan Ruiz is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Allergy and Immunology at the University of British Columbia. He is a national leader in Airway Immunology and the fields of Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma. He is the director of the Aspirin Exacerbated Respiratory Disease (AERD) clinic at St’ Paul’s Hospital and Allergy lead for the BC Complex Airway Clinic (BC CAC). Dr. Ruiz is a scientific advisor for Asthma Canada, and he is passionate in patient education and research.
